Independer: “The best mortgage advice in the Netherlands” for five consecutive years

We had the privilege to call ourselves “Best mortgage advice office in the Netherlands” for five years in a row. In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, we were recommended as best mortgage adviser by visitors of the comparison website Independer.nl. Never before has a mortgage broker won this national price five times in a row!

A&H Finance already started with clear and transparent pricing way before banks started with this.
Cooperation with you and two persons of our office on your mortgage is key in our service. We want you to be happy with the mortgage and the service we provide.

At the beginning of 2025, I came across a new-build apartment in Amsterdam for which I wanted a mortgage. Because I also have my current mortgage through AH Finance, it was logical to contact them again. There I came into contact with Iwan Visscher as my previous contact no longer works at AH Finance.I was very lucky with Iwan's excellent service - every day I received an update on where things were and what he needed from me. Iwan thinks along with you, knew my situation better than anyone and clearly indicated what to expect. Not often have I experienced such great service as this time. Obtaining a mortgage is always exciting and if someone can assist you in this, it is very pleasant. Iwan knows everything and knows the rules of the mortgage market like no other. I couldn't have imagined a better trajectory. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to buy a house!
