Robbert was recommended by two family members who were both extremely enthusiastic.This mortgage application is my first, so it is of course very exciting.After all, it involves a lot of money and a significant obligation for the next thirty years.The first conversation was not just about finances as I had expected. They really take the time to get to know you and this makes the advice feel like tailor-made.I won't go into detail about the entire process, that's a bit boring, but here's the positive in brief:- Robbert seems available and busy for you almost day and night.- I didn't have to visit or even speak to a bank myself.- Because you don't pay by the hour, you expect everything to be done very quickly and efficiently. However, that is not the case at all. There is room for a joke and every detail is discussed in detail. We moved in about 4 months ago, but only now managed to write this review. Closing up our to-do list of 2024, this is a task we could not overlook, though.
