We had the privilege to call ourselves “Best mortgage advice office in the Netherlands” for five years in a row. In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, we were recommended as best mortgage adviser by visitors of the comparison website Independer.nl. Never before has a mortgage broker won this national price five times in a row!

A&H Finance already started with clear and transparent pricing way before banks started with this.

I recently received help with my mortgage from Robbert Brantz from A&H Finance. Robbert was recommended by two family members who were both extremely enthusiastic.This mortgage application is my first, so it is of course very exciting.After all, it involves a lot of money and a significant obligation for the next thirty years.The first conversation was not just about finances as I had expected. They really take the time to get to know you and this makes the advice feel like tailor-made.I won't go into detail about the entire process, that's a bit boring, but here's the positive in brief:- Robbert seems available and busy for you almost day and night.- I didn't have to visit or even speak to a bank myself.- Because you don't pay by the hour, you expect everything to be done very quickly and efficiently. However, that is not the case at all. There is room for a joke and every detail is discussed in detail. Both on the phone and in the office.- The mortgage is complete ;)Furthermore, the office naturally looks beautiful and clean.And thanks to all these reasons, I can highly recommend A&H Finance to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

We moved in about 4 months ago, but only now managed to write this review. Closing up our to-do list of 2024, this is a task we could not overlook, though. Because not in our wildest dreams we thought we could actually buy a place, and it only happened, without exaggerating, because of Robbert.Robert was warmly suggested to us by a close friend, which led to us actually trusting all the unimaginable possibilities he layed out to us. As migrants, me being ZZP, with tight savings, we got a house with garden in Amsterdam!!It was INSANELY HECTIC, and we are probably still traumatized from sanding all the walls, but these are our walls that are only so because of Robbert.Thank you, Robber!! For your patience with our insecurities, for your responsiveness (sorry for calling so often!!), for your kindness, for all you have done so we could be writing these words in our home.There is nobody on earth we could recommend more than Robbert.
